Basically what they did was subtract the amount of deaths that usually occire during that time period from the actual deaths ,not very scientific

Yes, I have seen a lot of Presidents come and go in my lifetime. Thirteen to be exact. They likely all were flawed in some way or another, but I never personally paid much attention to them until 1961 when JFK was elected. I was devastated to the point of crying on November 22, 1963 when President Kennedy was assassinated. It makes me well-up right now as I write about it.
