When I watch Judge Judy and there is a morbidly obese female of colour they always seem to say "axed" instead of "asked".For example "Hey Judge Judy, Laneegga axed me for money for a new neck tattoo for her friends babymamma " . Is this what they say or is it my ears playing up ? It is making a complete bumfoolery of the English language.
