Ironically, Marty Allen lived to 95 ( died in early 2018) while Michalik died at 63 ( committed suicide, but after suffering through a kidney transplant and heart attack earlier)

Drugs made him insane.  Roid rage to the max plus everything else that could be ingested or injected in his meaningless quest for muscles and non-fame.

An example of the durability of the human body against a total assault by drugs of all kinds.

The reality is that he didn't even look that good.

Michalik was a complete loon.

Some of the stories are hilarious, though.

He put ropes, like the ones to cordon off VIP sections, around his section of the gym for his workouts. Would be blasting away for hours on end, throwing dumbells and behaving like a maniac.

Wrote a book called Atomic Fitness which you can purchase on Amazon.  I'm sure it's full of all kinds of whacky shit.  Another interesting as hell bodybuilder almost no one has ever heard of.
