9am. Train
12pm: 6oz Flank Steak, greens and beans, protein shake
3pm. Train.
5pm. Orange Roughy lightly seasoned with Old Bay, beans, corn and potato
7pm. Protein Shake
9pm. Mixed nuts, 8oz Delmonico Steak, green veggies.
11pm. Protein Shake.
If going to a ICP Concert: Replace Meal 4 with 5 Snickers bars and a Liter of Mountain Dew.
