Not all of them, not yet anyway.  Costa Rica and Ecuador are alright.  Since the fall of Pinochet, Chile hasn't been a shiitte hole everyone wants to escape from anymore.  The same goes for Colombia since the fall of Pablo Escobar.

No shiitte, Sherlock!  Why don't you tell us the reason for that?  Why are some countries developed while so many others aren't?  Why is Venezuela, with its vast oil reserves, the poorest and biggest shiitte hole in Latin America, and it's the murder capital of the world too?
