Get a complete blood panel done and get a physical (yearly), and get any extra tests that you might have a genetic disposition to. (Lynch sysndrome for colon cancer, heart scans, etc).
Plus all the age related things (colonoscopy, PSA, prostate tests, etc). Could save your life.
Ive had everything done except the coronary calcium scoring MRI, which is scheduled for next month.
(They can see if there's any actual blockage in the arteries, and its only 100.00 these days).
Other than that, it's just up to mother nature, freak accident, or violent tards in society that might kill you early.
