If you suffer from ADHS like most people these days and can't focus on a topic for a couple of minutes better go watch some 30 sec TikTok or Snapchat reels to feel "entertained" and get a serotonin push to your damaged brain, no problem. :)

I dont feel the need to be entertained, i'm just not interested in a 30 minute video about someone's night routine.
