Goodmorrow,

I was at the gym today and overheard a personal trainer talking to a group of woman about things he knew nothing about. So I'll go first:

1. Diet Pop is not good for you and makes you fat

2. Hot Stuff only works if mixed with water NOT milk.

3. In order to be BIG you need to eat BIG!

You need to bulk up then cut. Nope, stay lean. When I was young I think I drank gain weight shakes for almost a decade. I still think I cut years off my life doing that.

Heavy lifting (6 or less reps) is the only way to train to get big.

You have to take more than 1500mgs total of AAS to get big.  Most will only get minimal additional gains, and lots of sides using above that.

I just heard another at the gym today.

1. High reps burn body fat and make the muscle sleeker.

2. Low reps make you bulky and contract and make the muscle shorter and bigger.

All said by a personal trainer to a bunch of women drinking out of water bottles wearing tight long sleeve hoodies with thumb holes.
