Train hard with the weights and do cardio. You will look great.

 If you want to look amazing take drugs. Only problem with that is you have to cycle off to preserve your health then the jig is up how you got so buff because you will look like crap a couple of months off the juice. Some try to cycle heavy and light to keep their muscle but in time they start to have problems.

The saddest part of drug use for bodybuilding is something I heard from a couple of guys who actually said a variation of that training is a waste of time without the drug assist.

Yeah I think tacos feeders work if your joints can handle it.

Also whatever Pellius did for calves worked.

And Vince looked great back in the day.

I guess all 3 hold some water.But everyone reacts different to different stimulus so who knows.

i havent seen anyone make any result from pellius calf-workout, and it's not because of lack of trying because quite a few people tried.

cant remember what basils theory was.

feeder workout, not seen anyone gaining anything from that either.

The only problem with the York Barbell results with isometric training (in the article) is that isometric study was a ruse by Hoffman to cover up the gains Dr.Z and Dianabol created.  The York Barbell guys made huge gains between Olympics and Hoffman said it was caused by isometrics and even wrote a book about it.  I read the book in high school and actually stopped lifting for a few months to do the isometrics thinking I would make better gains.  I just lost all my muscle. >:(

Basile, Pellius and Tres Taco's methods all work if your joints can handle it.  You can also cycle them throughout the year.
