IFBB Errol Moore - two weeks out

Errol Moore two weeks out , came to visit, and we took some pics and video.  Very cool person, whom I have seen compete for quite a few years now.

Looks awesome, but as soon as he started trying to sell supplements I was annoyed.

I'm honestly surprised that the supplement industry still exists, given the knowledge we all have from the internet now.  I hope that someone eventually can debunk it to the point that people no longer buy anything other than Whey and Pre Workout

It just shows you the power of marketing and if you market to enough people you will find customers no matter what.

A lot can happen in two weeks. Rule of thumb usually at two weeks you come off the GH, reduce androgens and pull most higher fat proteins and switch to mostly fish along with cutting carbs waaay down. Not sure what his protocol is but I couldn’t imagine it being that much different then there’s peak week. He’s thick and has a decent structure.
