Arnold is superior and the clear winner here. Paper thin skin, cannonball delts and 34 inch quads look terrible. Arnold and his fellow golden era bodybuilders really were the pinnacle. It’s been in decline since then.
Nah. Objectively, Arnold may have used even more AAS than Chris. Subjectively, the muscles on Chris are so proportionate that he can easily pass as a natural with great genetics to people who don't know anything about Bodybuilding.
