2019 Jay Cutler Classic Boston
« on: April 28, 2019, 03:56:15 PM »
- Capacity crowd at John Hancock Hall. Tickets were $40 and $60.

-Men's Open didn't have many entrants, compared to the other divisions.

- A lot of overlap between Classic Physique and Men's Physique. Basically the same dudes competing in both. Is there a need for both divisions?

-Jay Cutler looked very small.

I like Jay. Won 4 Sandows, but still makes a lot of money out of Bodybuilding. On the other side, you have Ronnie 8 times, but prolly on debt now, due to so many injuries. Jay might look small, but his bank account is huuuge

This was discussed in another thread so I'll keep it short.  I doubt the surgeries had much impact on him at all.  One of the perks of having your own company is health insurance is an expense.  He probably has a fantastic plan with a deductible between 1500-3000, and OOP max of 7500.  Considering 2 or 3 of his surgeries were done in the same year more than once, he didn't pay a dime for at least a couple of them.

If the juice is in the fridge than Jay is living proof you are what you eat. ;)

He did mention on one interview that he spent over a million dollars last year. Was kind of crying wolf on the doctors, but... he is a great champ as well. Sad that all that heavy lifting almost made him a cripple

I didn't see that.......I stand corrected then if he was saying that about the surgeries specifically! :-X

My apologies. 8)
