I know nothing about EPO doses, but I'm guessing 7600 i.u.'s is insane.  Do you know anything about endurance athletes and EPO Coach?  What would a cyclist take?

That's nothing crazy. Anemic patients will get 8,000iu/day.

If you want higher blood count you simply take more and it keeps working.

What is dumb is BBers taking huge cycles which already boost blood. Then taking EPO on top. That will kill you as many cyclists died from thickening blood. What most.probably don't know is those pros were taking huge amounts of aspirin to prevent thickening blood from stopping their heart to the point their alarm clock is going off during the night to take more and not die!

IIRC it was jan ullric (sp) stayed up all night slow cycling on the stationary bike during one of the
Grand Tours as his resting Heart rate was so low coupled with the thickness of his blood he was worried
His heart would stop if he went to sleep.

It was the generation before Lance/Jan that hit EPO hard.

Bjarne Riis was nicknamed Mr 60 because his hematocit was always over 60. Those guys would brutalize Lances' era. If you watch the 80s stuff on YouTube it's simply mental. Many cardiac arrests during the night and over 60 hematocit is where you need to worry about lasting through the night.

You know nothing about what happened with Nasser. You're speaking out of ignorance. I'm not trying to be nasty to you but this is a subject you know nothing about. Obviously you were a member here before under another account so why the change?

STAY POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nasser is long gone. All his so called secrets are long due, so spill the beans, Man.
At this point, Nasser is just a big o pile anyways..

Interesting stuff, and thank you to both for replying with this info.  I know very little about the subject other than it raises RBC, and was popular in cycling.  Scary shit to read.  When you have to get up in the middle of the night to take pills, and ride a bike so you don't get dead.........you might be pushing the envelope a bit too much. :(
