I do! We could probably use the Dem-Glace recipe in there to make Porter house lat steaks. No sense in having good meat go to waste.
Ha! I wanted to ask you when I saw that movie... relatively recently. I know it's a classic, but I only watched it in 2016 or 2017. I KNEW you would be the one to ask about it, when you mentioned you had a vast collection of Bon Appetit magazines.
