Debate: Milk (All Kinds) Vs. Diet Soda....GO!
« on: June 18, 2019, 04:12:30 AM »
The debate rages on all across the interwebs, school classrooms and Liberals who push Michele Obama's Healthy Lunch menu's. So...Lets hear all of your arguments about this subject. Personally I can't drink milk, any kind because I start wheezing and coughing. I drink about 6 diet soda's a day because I don't drink coffee either. I also drink plenty of water...I've always stated: Everything in Moderation.

Recently I had a friend at the office bring in these bottled flavoured waters she said were a "healthy alternative" to the horrible diet soda. She brought in a whole case and put a sign on them "Get Healthy".  When I showed her that the majority of ingredients were the same as in the diet soda she still couldn't comprehend it and just ignored it like I never brought it up.

What gives?

The unattractive truth hurts those who hate to hear it.

If there are 5 per 100 people, everyone applauds how diverse the community is.

At 5-10% there is an occasional spike in loudness, but it's usually isolated and brief.
People are usually too embarrassed to say anything, and it temporarily abates.

At 10-20%, disturbances rise dramatically. People occasionally hear loud hip-hop music from a passing vehicle, yelling, and fighting-- usually later & later at night, as an outgoing signal of rising 'diversity' in the community.

At 20-30%, the loudness & behavior is so disruptive that well-meaning families begin to stop going to certain public areas. Fights occur to establish dominance, and fights between females occur in parking lots, usually over a male.

At 30-40% minor public incidents give way to more serious crimes, and somewhere in the community the first felonies occur, targeting the elderly or defenseless.

Reaching 40-60% we see an atmosphere that is so loud, dangerous, & unpredictable that it interferes with peaceful activity. At this stage people's gut sense of "safety" in the community is eroding. Anticipating the unexpected starts to factor into simple decisions like going to the store or getting into one's car.

At 60-75% you can expect covert drug use, and concealed guns. Good and decent families are moving away. At this stage loud bass thumping from cars is now an advertisement for illegal drug sales.

Now, at 75-85%, walking down the street is a risk. We find hair-trigger, unprovoked violence, usually targeted against those of other races. Calls to 9-1-1 demonstrate slower & slower response times. Local businesses deteriorate, as does the general condition of the neighborhood. The last of the liberal, die-hard families vacate the community they have cherished for decades.

At 85-95%, the public institutions in the area (schools, libraries, etc.) slowly wither from lack of use. Consumer places (food stores, day-care centers, etc.) show graffiti & territorial gang signs, and gang membership now outweighs the number of non-gang people. Drug sales & prostitution are open and obvious. A gunshot is heard every week. All businesses which are still in operation (liquor stores, stereo wholesalers, etc.) have bars on the windows.

Once a population of 95-100% is reached, there is debris everywhere. A large number of dwellings are ruined or burned-out. At this stage, the economy of the community is nearing total collapse, and good jobs do not exist. Emergency services infrequently patrol for fear of risking officers' lives.

The name of the neighborhood is now synonymous with violence & gangs.
At this stage the spread of this condition bears characteristics similar to the unchecked spread of a virus, and adjacent communities begin to show signs of following suit

I believe Arnold settled this over 40 years ago. Milk is for babies. When you get older you have to drink beer.

Clark’s Demographics look awesome. Only issue I see is the proximity to Rahway where there is a large prison.

The best Jersey illustration of that post would be Newark.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newark,_New_Jersey

After reaching a peak of 442,337 residents counted in the 1930 Census, the city's population saw a decline of nearly 40% as residents moved to surrounding suburbs. "White flight" from Newark to the suburbs started in the 1940s and accelerated in the 1960s, due in part to the construction of the Interstate Highway System. [86] The 1967 riotsresulted in a significant population loss of the city's middle class, many of them Jewish, which continued from the 1970s through to the 1990s.[87] The city lost about 130,000 residents between 1960 and 1990.

From the 1950s to 1967, Newark's white population shrank from 363,000 to 158,000; its black population grew from 70,000 to 220,000.[88] The percentage of Non-Hispanic whites[82] declined from 82.8% in 1950 to 11.6% by 2010.[89] The percentage of Latinos in Newark grew between 1980 and 2010, from 18.6% to 33.8% while that of Blacks decreased from 58.2% to 52.4%.[90][91][92][93]

Poverty remains a consistent problem in Newark, despite its revitalization in recent years.

Drink a couple pints of milk a day, and 2 litres of pop over the course of a work day when it’s hot like it is now

On average I drink one moderate glass of two-percent milk each day. Kinda bloats me, but whatever.

Concerning pop, I treat it like liquid candy. Consume perhaps two cans per month.

Root beer and Doctor Pepper are my go-tos.

Drink a can of diet soda quickly, better for your teeth than taking small drinks every 10 minutes or so (acid)

Milk has quite some nutritional value. If your body handles it well. Otherwise find an alternative

Different beverages, different applications. On the rare occasion I drink milk its with dessert or something sweet.

Ice cold diet soda pop on the other hand pairs well with any meal.

Letrozole yes,  I buy goat milk Kefir (Scandinavian) or 1 made from A milk, Turkish cow milk 1 is too sweet 4 my taste.

7 different Kefir variety's & from 250ml - 1L , health food stores sells only 1-3 usually smaller bottles.

1L costs more than 1kg of Greek yogurt !. 1L = 700 calories

Probably the healthiest food  around ............

And you never hear anything regarding the dosage. These alleged side effects probably occur if you drink 300 cans a day for 20 years.

I’ve looked at the studies instead of believing the media with sensationalist click bait, and it’s pretty incredible. The dosages that these rats are given of lets say sucralose(Splenda) is incredibly high. I can’t remember the exact numbers, but the human equivalent dosage based on weight for one of the studies was in the ballpark of 12 gallons of Coke Zero everyday for 3 months. It’s so unrealistic that you’d die of water poisoning before finishing the study. You can turn literally anything to a poison at insane dosages. This is always overlooked and the media and natural health snake oil salesman like Dr. Mercola pumps out their sensationalist headlines and false narratives. You read the comments on Facebook, and these white trash poor people believe and preach it like the Gospel. It’s pretty sad.
