Just out of curiosity, why do people think the world is transfixed by their diets and workouts?
Trying to keep this board somewhat bodybuilding related since most of the threads on the g&o is anything but bodybuilding related.
Why bend over? Does it make a difference instead of standing upright?
you get better isolation of the triceps that way.
Do you get better isolation because you take out any upper body movements ?
Every thread I make is about bodybuilding.
pretty much that and you get almost total isolation, time under stress, and range of motion. compare it to the one arm db lying tri-ext exercise. try both see which one you think is better.
