As we head into this Holiday weekend I would like to wish everyone a safe, happy wonderful Fourth Of July. Many of us forget all those that paid the ultimate sacrifice to live in this great country of ours. So while you're eating a hamburger, wiener or just bringing your chicken and broccoli to that family, work picnic. Sit back and take a few minutes to reflect on all the great things this country and Bodybuilding forum give us. Bodybuilding is as American as Apply Pie. Going to war each morning, noon or night at the gym. Slaying personal records and posing for the next social media photo.
You are also part of history. You've done your best to live the right way. You get up every morning and go to work each day. Going to the gym giving it your all, sometimes you feel so weak you just want to explode. You get down on yourself, your town, you wanna get a knife and cut this pain from your heart...log into GetBig and try to find someone itching to start. You talk about a dream and try to make it real. The gym life you gotta live it every day, the soreness and injuries are the price you sometimes pay. But you know you're not a boy, you're a man and live in this great Land...called AMERICA.
