That's very sad and could've been a ton worse. I've been to the Gilroy garlic festival and lived about 45 mins from there. It's always so packed and busy.

Teenaged males on psyche meds make up a pretty large chunk of the people that commit these mass murders.  I don't know what this kids mental history is but I'm betting it isn't good.
