1- all calories are not created equal
2- red meat is the #1 superfood on the planet

i do full body everyday, if im too busy ill atleast do half body . Been doing over head squats holding 45 pouns over head has been a game changer

As I recall from past photos you've posted, you have impressive wheels. It's no wonder you like these overhead type squats. When you only have time for half your workout, which half of your body gets preference? Do you find working out on a regular basis more difficult than it was a decade or so ago? What would you say is the main inspiration for your current workout/diet regimen?

Which brands of protein powder or drinks do you prefer? My daughter and son-in-law use Vega. It is available at Costco. https://www.costco.com/Vega-Protein-%2526-Energy-with-3g-MCT-Oil%2c-1.93-lbs.product.100486026.html

Disagree with #.2 , NO SUPERFOOD  ;)
Its literally the one food you can solely eat and not only sustain your life, but have no deficiencies. I would categorize that as a superfood.

My main inspirations are to not degrade physically n mentaly, working out teaches me im still fit and agile like a 20 year old and i can maintain that neutral satisfaction with life. Its a fast road to death if im thiinking fuck it ill just sleep.

If i only have time for half a workout , ill pick one or two comppound movents or a calisthenic movement , pullups with knees elevated or some type of squat are my favorite exercise either is perfect .

I use pea protein by now nutrition.  Working out is more of something im afraid Not to do... I feel it takes balls to workout consistently, but also takes balls to give up n quit because you thats just an invitatation for death basically...let me add working out is a catalyst for mind growth , what good is an average mind and body. But that average body n mind will suddenly decay if you subtract out human kinds greates growth potential catalyst. Same can be said for food as being the greatest growth potential catalyst.

Editing is a form of censorship. And I do not believe in that. Besides, what have you ever posted that was offensive? Unlike some other folks on Getbig, you seem to have your shit together. Some people may not agree with your suggestions regarding diet and exercise, but who cares. What works for you is what you should do.

The bottom line is in thinking back over all your posts, if I were you, I wouldn't edit one word or even one photo you posted. Yeah the dick picture made you a star around here, but this says more about other posters on Getbig than it does about you.

After cutting out gluten I had withdrawal symptoms as if I had stopped drinking coffee.

Had a pounding headache for days and muscle twitches across my body.

Are you gluten intolerant? If not, why did you cut it out of your diet?

fasting (one meal a day) is amazing.

once you get used to it, workouts and mentally taxing work is so much better when done fasted.

I've skipped a meal occasionally. Does this count?

Yes.

As long as you only eat normally when you resume eating and don't stuff your face.

I almost always stop eating when I feel full regardless of how much food is left on the plate. My parents never told me I had to "clean my plate." The way eating too much at one time makes you feel horrible is reason enough to eat modestly.

Exactly right - Agree with you on this.
