When Dexter Jackson was being interviewed last week, he stated that Ronnie Coleman needs to stop working out. In response, Ronnie posted a video of himself working biceps and responding to all the haterz who tell him to stop working out!!

There’s nothing better to do on a Saturday night than have a nice back and biceps workout. Yeah I know what some of you are thinking and no I’m NEVER gonna quit working out. Working out is the best thing to happen to me all day. I would rather workout than eat or sleep. I’m coming up on year 43 when it comes to working out. I fell in love with this when I was 12 years old and I’ve never stopped since I started. Look how far Ronnie went w/o anabolics, then when he went on anabolics. Dude was a candle that burned at both ends.  Went from 0-200 in like 2yrs, and stayed there with his foot on the gas like turning a Corvette into a top fuel dragster till it ran out of runs.
