What exactly do you do at your workplace Vince?


When a customer request for a supervisor or when they are screaming over the phone, communicating death threats or actually unruly, I handle those calls.  I also train and coach customer service reps and put together presentations and learning materials.

They always omit the massive amount of alcoholism, tons of dudes passed out in the street because they missed the last train back
Used to go there several times every year: I had lots of customers there and yes what you say it's sad but true.
Lots of people sacked because of their alcohol problems and deep depression.
Great people to work with but honestly a sad nation overall.

Might be a sad nation but at least they aren’t going down the toilet like most of Europe and the US
