Well, he does need blood so he had run-ins with both Spiderman and indie-lad at times, until he managed to create some serum to satiate the bloodthirst.



That is until Michael Keaton recruits him to Sinister Six together with Tom Hardy.






This explains all XFORCE, the bloodthirst forces him to kill even his partners, girlfriend etc he can't control it when he sees blood, similar to Primemuscles urges when he sees a gloryhole.
