The whole N-word thing is a lie. Blacks aren't deeply hurt and offended when they hear it. They aren't traumatized by it because of the deep generational wounds of slavery.
It's about power. They like to be able to say it 100 times a day and forbid white people from ever saying it. When you control someones speech you wield a tremendous amount of power over them.
Modern white people are weak and stupid. Their willingness to admit when they are wrong and their desire to make amends gets used against them.
