ANTIFA burns US flags on the daily at their many protests though, is that OK?

He should have purchased his own gay flag and burned it rather than burning someone elses property

Burn an American flag and the penalty is nothing. 16 years is outrageous. Any jail time outside of a fine is outrageous.

I'm no bible scholar but isn't the book clearly against homosexuality?  If you have a building full of people who believe the mandates of an almighty invisible man in the sky are contained within that book, and then you hang a flag which symbolizes ignoring those mandates over the front door of that exact same building... what did you think was going to happen?

Phaggots on fire is a funny thought.

Exactly. Very triggering. I call it inciting violence.

Oh he did a whole lot more than burn a flag, lets be serious but if he plead it out rather than going to trial and then telling the judge that he won't stop doing it...basically taunting him, he would likely only have a year.  This guy also has a list of other convictions as well....moron

You were the one who started this shit with all the letters🙁

Going to agree with Vince on this one. This guy has two unrelated felony convictions for past crimes, which triggered the predicate felon statue in Iowa. So while the "hate crime" aspect of this crime bumped it up to a low grade felony, it never would've happened without those 2 other prior convictions.

The whole idea of "protected classes" is unconstitutional and morally wrong....

Protected classes....
Gays
disabled
Women
minorities

Funny, but it seems the only type of person that aren't in the protected class are white Christian heterosexual men.

Pardon me but that seems borderline unfair.
