Muscle Gifts
« on: December 25, 2019, 06:54:55 AM »
Anyone else get muscle-related Xmas gifts?

Wife got me a "Cutler Athletics" hoodie, it is 10 degrees lately, Ill put it to use. (VERY heavy/well made).
She got me a Cutler pre-workout (no stims) never tried one, but I'll use it. (Maybe I can win 4 MR. O titles now). (And some MRE bars).

Kids got me the Creatine and L-Arginine I use daily.

I always say don't buy me gifts, at least they get stuff I'll try/use. ('TRT pins' and Test-Cyp is always welcome though).  ;)

I can understand someone's wife wanting them to be more masculine... but their kids too?

But it's the thought that counts.  Congrats on having a family that doesn't just give you gift cards, or ties or socks.  Hope you got them something nice.

No offense but a jay cutler shirt would be the last thing I wanted.  At least it doesn’t say number one Justin Bieber fan.

Kids buying supplements... no offense but seems like you should be spending more time with fam than the gym unless pro athlete etc.

I got 5 kids and I never let the gym get in the way with spending time with them.   I’ve created a home gym and work out when they go to bed.  Life’s to short, kids grow way too fast.
you are gay.

I got my priorities straight.  Family > job/career >gym
Then again I’m 41, so maybe just more mature... nothing in the gym is going to fulfill your life more than the afore mentioned.

I'll bet you don't play golf either.

Don't get hurt patting yourself on the back.

In what way am I patting myself on my back.  See so many who make the gym their life and it’s sad.

Besides sucking a cock there is nothing I'd want to do less than play golf.

Gym ain't my life bud. (Awesome hobby though).
Family & work (go hand in hand) and then gym comes last. My kids are in their mid-20's, still live here, so know who you are talking to.(I'm very rarely away from them (They are working on their own futures now w/ one finished college and the other in 5th year (grad school).

Has nothing to do with what someone buys them BTW. They know I don't want or need anything, but know I use those powders, so they made a good choice.

When you receive your "father of the year" award, please let us know so we can keep the "at'a boy" going for you!
Wouldn't want your internet praise to subside.  ::)

No offence, but you appear to be one of those dickhead care givers who have to compare themselves to everybody.

Reading some words about gifts given and tenuously twisting it to imply the person isn't being a good father, citing your superior example of commitment to your children?

I don't have a family, but I am part of one and I know what happens when someone has a hobby that is publicly known in the family.  Everybody latches onto that hobby when it comes to gift giving.  It doesn't have to mean anything.

I know a guy who is NEVER at work in anything other than formula 1 shirts.  Is he at the track every day, instead of taking care of his 5 kids?  No, he said he just likes to watch it every now and again - and bam, he gets paraphernalia related to it all the time, every christmas.

I wouldn't want that shit either, but I wouldn't want to be presumptuous dickhead like you are appearing to portray here, either.

You're an ignoramus.

Can you tell us more about fatherhood?
