Amazing info debunking game changers:

Turns out with new available testing methods the USDA is now considering doubling the recommended daily protein requirements. We need more protein!

Rogan also had someone on to defend game changers, and he felt he did a superb job and backtracked on the debunking.

Just finished watching this, I’d never heard of it. Anyways, I think I’m going to try it for a week and see if there’s anything to it. Just gonna go ahead and order three meals a day from Fresh and Lean.

Did anyone else think of Falcon when they talked about “heme iron”?

Humans are omnivores.  Cut out sugar and processed crap, keep calories in check with goals, and you should be fine.

Ha, yep. But I found the debunk on Rogan convincing, and the de-debunk debate to be an insufferable exercise in sophistry involving a meek participant who pretty much just laid there. These might interest you if you haven't heard them.

I'm not sold at all on the proposition that meat is bad for you. It can be if it's full of poison, like mercury in predator fish, but fruits and vegetables can have unpleasant chemicals applied or be nutrient deficient when over farmed as a monocrop. Imo it really comes down to the quality of what you're eating, and I continue to believe in an omnivorous approach which includes a shit ton of animal protein.
