Someone needs to explain to Bevo that's there is also diet and training involved.

Nutrition and drugs are of equal importance... Nutrition is more difficult to manage in prep to get results than drugs up until the last week when drugs become more important...

Training is relatively straight forward you just gotta have half an idea and turn up good genetics and diet drugs take care of the rest..

I think the drugs are a really high percentage but more than training? I've done both natural and enhanced and naturally I looked shredded but extremely thin. At 6'1 shredded naturally I was probably 160-165.
Yes more than training , I used train with a national competitor he was 5'4'' 210lbs , lazy mofo  , he was twice my size , all drugs , he went to jail for 5 years ,when he got out he was 140 lbs soaking wet ,I couldn't believe  how small he was.

Did you train any different when you were natural and when you were on PED ?

I spent the majority of my training years natural and built a good base. The biggest change was on gear I started doing way more cardio because I could keep size.
I try to doing gear as “healthy” as possible. Meaning healthy foods, nothing in high dose, cardio, and check ups galore (inc blood work). I don’t eat crazy like a lot of these guys do with the 10 burgers and 5 pizzas. Doesn’t happen with me.

Ah yes. It’s a great point! Don’t ever let someone tell you steroids aren’t a form of drug addiction. People are so full of it that deny that. I can stop for a few months but always itching to go back on.

That is one thing I don’t do regularly. It’s too consuming for what little it means. I don’t compete nor am I a fighter of any sort. Therefore the scale doesn’t play a role. I need to fit in my clothes and suits and look good naked. Probably sounds strange but that’s how I measure myself. Saw the doctor write 212 about a year and half ago.

 I weigh myself daily, I don't know why I always weigh the same.

 212 lbs that  was without the Rolex and the gold chains, right ? :D

The real value of a good coach is as a psychologist. A good coach keeps an athlete on a plan and stops him from losing his head on prep.

That a guru has some extra special drug combo or meal combo is baloney. Those things are at the very least secondary.

Laura was formerly married to Chris I believe.

Side note, does anyone know why they dub him "the technician"? Confusing as he simplifies things and says "dieting is straightforward, training is not scientific" etc
