Francos muscularity was ahead of his time, the main issue with 81 was obviously his quads whatever the case people forget the fact he completely broke his leg in the worlds strongest man competition and still had the drive and the will power too over come all that and win the biggest competition in bodybuilding arguably imo the one of the great all time come backs in bodybuilding history

Nope, no one forgets that, everyone knows and takes that into consideration.
Overcoming an injury doesn't entitle you to get a gift in a bodybuilding contest.

Should Dennis Newman be given an Olympia title for overcoming Leukaemia?
Should Flex be given a title because he overcame ninjas?
Should Jean Pierre Fux be Mr Olympia because he walked again after tearing both quads off?

Padilla won with Platz in second place.   And WTF is that buttslut idiot Dickerson doing on stage?  He is THE worst Olympia winner in history.  Even worse than '81 Franco.

Franco had almost no arm and delt mass or seperation here
