Thanks Rob. That's some great videos! And it loads quick for me with no problems, something that is kinda rare. Haven't seen that program on steroids before. Good job. :)

not steroids tho, from what i can remember he was on a lot of painkillers etc, a real heavy user

Cool stuff arnold admitted that he used steroids 8 - 9 weeks before competition. I wonder if he was natural the rest of the year ::)
