I remember back around october i was eatin oatmeal cream pies and lance crackers i got real mucusy n feverish . Got over that then about a week later had aloe vera drink but it had like 45 grams of sugar and had a sore throat that night


Every god dam cereal has a little to alot of added sugar

Ieat grape nuts cereal but i put in concord grapes n unsweetend almond milk and i get no issues
