not a big fan of him but he does stay pretty sensible about his usage. adapted his workouts too very well for his age & goals

At 5'8.5", I think 213-lb is believable.  I am the same height, and 212.6 was my heaviest weight, and while I was fat at that weight, I carried some decent size too.  In a t-shirt, I wouldn't be radically different looking than Mark - given we are the same height, have the same wingspan, and were both fat/muscular at 213-lb.

It's not like he was in contest condition in Pain and Gain or anything.
