I never heard of Arnold owning a gym before. I know he stated that he used winnings from contests to purchased his first real estate investment property and him and Franco had some kind of masonary business. Was already a millionaire from real estate before he got into acting.

This is well known. It was mentioned in his first biography. Recently on Google news they had a series of pics of him posing in the streets of Munich promoting his gym.

I don't think he owned it, I think he was managing it when he moved to Munich.
