They accidentally shot him while trying to taze him a few years ago. It was kind of a shit show, as one cop fired his tazer, one probe hit this guy, the other went into an officer who had his gun out. The cop with the gun out thinks something bad is happening, and shots him in the shoulder.

From reading a few things here and there, this guy is known, and they don't really fear him all that much anymore. He basically does the "wrestler" style talking and yelling, but doesn't really get violent.
