A young Arnold would obsess over him, copy his diet and programme and emulate him. Until he became him. Visualization, goal setting and immersion.

Drug free in his early days but not in the later 1950s and 1960s.

Arnold is the greatest but Reg was also great.

Better natural build for sure than Arnold.  Arnold is a nothing without the drugs.

It's a good routine but there's some dispute that Reg Park ever trained this way.

Wag Bennett is the one who says he didn't methinks.

This type of routine will only work until the weights get heavy.  Then it's too much.  You won't recover. 

But it's a beginner's routine so for the first several months it's good.

The problem with fans of bodybuilding is that they compare everything to drug users. Park was natural. When the drug physiques exceeded what he could do naturally he continues to compete anyway. Park was incredibly strong too.
