Black comedians like Chappelle and Kevin Hart are funnier because they can get away with making racial jokes where no white comedian can.  Black people have a lot of things to make fun of but only black comedians can bring it up.

      chapelle is a lot better than hart. hart is the black dane cook, lots of energy but no real substance. of course that's just my opinion.
