In one video he explained that the theft came from Sara to send the money back to her mom.  He also heard her talking to her mom on the phone about leaving Rich after she got her citizenship and this is why he kicked her out.  She was also addicted to Meth.  A year or so earlier he fired his house keeper for stealing but in hindsight it was probably Sara who pinned the theft on someone else.
