New Gym Rules and ideas - Email from local gym

Wont be going back, rules seem very mental

- certain walking paths only
- stay away from gear if a person is using something less than 6 feet away
- book workouts, 3 x a week for 1-hr only
- wear a mask to check in, it can come off when exercising
- take temp at front desk

Ill stick with the broflex, ironmaster stuff and assorted gear I got off VT craigslist
not a huge fitness scene here so I picked up some good kit
best workouts in years as well

SR9011 SARM im on is very good (technically not a SARM, but advertised as one) and the Iron-Legion Virtus. (Fat melted off, lipid numbers improved, cardio improved).
Asian wife cooks rice, vege's, fish, chicken all week so diet never went south during the hoax.

Totally ridiculous.  My gym takes my temp and made me sign a waiver.  That's fine with me.

Mr. O contest this year is going to be a wash out without all you studs being able to train for it because you won't let a gym take your temp.

Been that way at private gyms in California for the last 10 weeks - rules seem fair to start off with until Covid-19 is not a huge issue.
