 INTERPOL and ICAC mean business and they are the law. They are the protectors of children. If there are charges to be brought to high ranking people they will bring them. Since that hasnt happened yet I can only assume these conspiracy movies are not factual. If you think the agencies mentioned wont arrest people because they are rich or "powerful" you are dead wrong. They arrest police officers judges etc all the time. ICAC can legally arrest the president and they would do it.
