what the hell is wrong with our judicial system

Craig and Kelly could possibly be jailed for over a year before they even get their trial. I'd be pissed if I really were innocent.

There trial starts in Jan 2007, that is really fucked up.  The attorneys are trying to get a bail hearing, but there is no way there going to get it, and let's say they can get bail for a cool ticket (1 million) I doubt that there is 100K stashed and I don't think anyone would lend it to Craig (maybe Kelly).

If bail were set at 1M, they could refinance their home (assuming they have 20% equity) to cover the bond ($100,000), but seeing how they already attempted to flee, there's just no chance a judge sets bail for them. The fact that they're selling their home (as opposed to one of the "others" they own) is a sure sign they don't expect to be getting out anytime soon.

you can take the following words to the bank.

1) there will be no bail what so ever (even past jan 2007)
2) there is price tag on the murder head incase he's given 1 single day out which he wont
3) ugly wife is going in for 15-20 years
4) murderer is sentenced to death

Man I would love that to happen and they skipped on the bail.  Dog would come to the rescue.

Craig would get a whole lotta face full a mace...and Dog's wife would beat the meth & stupidity right outta Kelly.

Then they would pray with them.  It's the only way to handle it

Very well speculated, Mr. E.  Then again, maybe you ARE Dog.  In
which case, how did you ever get involved with your beloved bride?
