I still lift for at least an hour a day and do at least 30 minutes assault bike a day, and run 3-7 miles 3-4 times a week..my life pretty well revolves around fitness.
But I don’t give a shit about bodybuilding! As long as I’m getting stronger nothing else matters, if I get bigger? Great! But it isn’t the goal.
So, keep pulling that thong so tight up your ass that it makes your prostate pulse, and smile at the judges😚
