Boogie2988 looks much older now that he has had gastric bypass surgery, and has reduced his body weight from around 525- or 550-lb down to 365-lb...and as a result, his face looks more wrinkled, and he looks older than he previously did.
I think the saying is "Fat don't crack." It may have been Boogie2988 himself who said that, commenting on exactly this topic [of his own aging]. But either way, I definitely feel that Boogie2988 looks older now. Hopefully he is healthier, and lives much longer. I keep forgetting that he is in his forties now, and it's not as if men who were 500-lb or more for most of their lives have the longest lifespan forecasts.
Yes, I fear for his health.
