Get away from ultimatum people. Thankfully, they make it easy.

I once attended a wedding where the groom gave a speech in which he basically groveled at his wife's feet. "I'm so unworthy and thankful that she's willing to have me, etc." It made people uncomfortable. A year later, out to dinner with the same couple (not my friends, I got volunteered), the woman drank too much and peppered her over-decibal speech with so many obscenities that we asked her repeatedly to cool it since people were staring. Management eventually came over and told her to pipe down or we would have to leave. Not sure but I probably went off to pay the bill so we could get the hell out of there. I don't recall the husband saying a damn thing to his profane angel but I'm sure he licked her ass clean when they got home.

Its a peculiar irony that imperious people are rarely able to govern even themselves.

Why would a woman be so desperate to marry a man who really doesn't want to marry her (not to mention a guy who works at Target)?

If someone tells you "do it or get out", get the fuck out. ;D

We know who wears the pants in this relationship.

The lady in question is quite attractive, physically, although she is a bit of a nut case. Undoubtedly. The guy's physical appearance is typical of younger millennial's in my area and is the kind of nerdly, geeky look that all guys of my generation avoided like the black death, especially what we used to call "birth control" glasses.

A change that has accompanied all of loopy leftist politics starting about 8-9 years ago is the deliberate "uglification" that the younger millennials have pursued in spades. I believe this dovetails with leftist politics as they consider making themselves attractive is a part of "the patriarchy" or "hypercapitalism" or whatever other buzzwords they trot out. Thankfully this seems to be going away among the females. The guys need some improvement, however.
