There is a "retro" type arcade here that has that one.  But the two that get the most play is Black Knight and one that I can't think of the name of it, but there is a round "roulette" type thing in the middle that when the ball lands in it it spins around to give you a bonus while screaming RIDE THE CYCLONE!!!!  I think it is from the early 80s.
