Post surgery he has a later start than most, but he thinks he can catch up/be ready in 5-6 weeks.
Bad-ass, doing the Hercules Hold in the lightning storm w/ all metal lightning rod type of kit/setup.
Would like to see him win it this year, and the Arnolds.
He won most of the events (4 out of 6 or something) at last years Arnolds, but still lost to Thor on points, the way some events are scored).
I love his gym and training area, Polish Power.
