We need a sub forum for low back pain..
Lately I’ve had severe back pain . For a week I had a bit of tightness in my lower back ‘ I be also eating a shitload of beans whole milk spinach pepper jack cheese. I’ve also been doing a lot of warehouse work stocking for long hours I won’t get into that let’s just say I’ve been putting in full days labor. Then my back seized up and was totally locked up all a sudden I lie there in severe pain barely made it home. My back was so fucked up I couldn’t even sit upright at thanksgiving three days later. Basically 80% paralysis from pain
Since then I’ve been doing all the exercises that athleanx recommends on YouTube wich helped warm up that area to where I could walk but still a lot of pain and my gait was way of my hips were shifted to the right . I would get crazy nerve pain when sitting was paralyzing a very sharp pain in back and glute area
During this injury I’ve been eating mainly oats with whey . Whole milk eggs and fruit
But today I added mixed nuts and lots of lemon juice concentrate and seem to have regained some mobility. After research I found out about an anti inflammatory protein called adiponectin. Wich may be why I’m feeling better
