I'm the one who was willing to put up Money that the election results stand the scrutiny of courts and election officials both Republican and Democratic and not a single Trump supporter answered the call. I don't think we are sweating at all. We are literally watching every avenue the Trumpster had to challenge the election shot down one by one.

PS... yesterday was Safe Harbor day.

Except you aren’t willing to put up money

I’m ready your hiding like a biaaaaasaaatttchhh

Been  asking you about your whopping 200 dollar bet  in multiple threads

You haven’t answered

You ready?

I actually thought you were taunting all the Trumpsters who won't put their money where their mouth is like Coach. You want to bet? Name the amount and the criteria

17 states so far have joined the lawsuit

The states didn't join...just their A.G's.   This will be laughed out of court but at this point, its quite embarrassing

funny, Texas is all about states rights, then files a lawsuit because another state held an election in a way Ken Paxton didn't like. Hypocrisy 101

Ive already texted my sister in law in Texas and told her that Texas can’t get upset from now on if others try to tell them how to run Texas.

She lost it.

She also just had a huge birthday party for her kid, and I’m sure she would not be too upset of her parents died and let her a bunch of money that would otherwise go to their care as they age.

No, embarrassing all the way around. And states going against other states is plain weird. Wonder whether the Supreme Court will even look at it. Wonder how the Texas Attorney General will argue that he had personal detailed information on what occurred in those states. Be interesting to hear his specific answers. Total jerk.

The Texas Attorney General is about as far from being a swamp drainer as you can get. Aren’t the FBI or other agencies investigating him for corruption? Oh, maybe that investigation can be called off or he can be pardoned by that man of utmost integrity on his way back to Mar-A-Lago?

He's doing lip service and ass kissing for one of those pardons that Trumpy is sending out with Christmas cards.

That doesn't sound corrupt at all.  Like when Primemuscle said that one Democrat judge said that the arguments of Trump's legal team were like "Frankenstein's Monster" in legal terms.

Thank goodness we have such brilliant justices on the job.

The state of Texas has no standing to bring this voter law suit against any other state due to :
a. The 10th amendment     and    b. electoral college that uses 50 separate state elections.

The recent team Trump election fraud lawsuit from Penn was rejected by a single line denial by SCOTUS.

Conclusion - baseless law suit going nowhere.  However, the Texas AG may use this to help get him a  Trump pardon.
Plus, the other state AG's and Ted Cruz want to use it as means to fund raise and gain favor with the Trump base.

That's  correct, but since the state AG is the top law enforcement official in each state, they represent the overall legal concerns in their state. The hope was that if you brought a state vs state law suit , the court of origin would be the supreme Ct.

The main problems with THAT is each state runs their own elections for President via the electoral college.
Texas can't interfere with any other state's election.

Not only that. What is the specific evidence that Texas would be privy to that he would present? I would like to see Ted Cruz’ Power Points and detailed attachments that he will be presenting in Court. Ted is most likely really hoping this will go nowhere, so he can look like a hero but not be out on a completely flimsy wing. This whole thing has infuriated me more than anything else (which has mostly rolled off my back) and I have communicated to my Texas friends (including a Trump voter or two) to MIND THEIR OWN F.....ING BUSINESS!

Ok? So what's your constitutional legal basis for saying Texas can?

It's a kinda key legal concept called "standing" that's required to move the law suit into court.
https://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/standing

This "law suit" is just a PR stunt for the rabid Trumpers to get excited out and send money to various republican PACS

This.   And it seems to be working like a charm.  The trumpturds funding this legal action will have the same outcome as those that funded the wall.  NOTHING.

It is true that the Supreme Court is designated in the Constitution as arbiter of disputes between states. It’s just that the dispute is totally unclear here. What possible information would the Attorney General of Texas possess on election issues in specific counties in Michigan or Wisconsin, for example? That is where I can’t wait to hear Ted Cruz’ presentation.
