Exactly. Not sure why people get so wound up over this. They may band some more high capacity mags (more of 'em) maybe classify some things as "assault" and try to ban.
But not much will change for the average home-protection, normal gun-range stuff. Its so slow moving, and so many ways around things if they do, is not worth getting worked up over.
Plus, always have 1 or 2 not registered just in case if that worried about it.  People sell them 2nd hand around here like crazy, private sales, no registering, etc.
