I'm surprised he got that ripped cause I remember a Mr. International contest in Columbus OH on ESPN in the 80's where Arnold interviewed him and Paris thought that you can get too big or too cut and it wasn't good for your aesthetics. On a side note, I've always been surprised that his first two books never became big in the classic physique or instagram/aesthetics communities. I completed the routines in Flawless and got an excellent beach body though it was hard to recover as a natural. I did the program again years later and broke it down in half (training a bodypart once a week instead of twice) and got better results because I was able to recover easier.
