What happened to my German /Italian property thread?
« on: April 09, 2012, 04:26:39 AM »
I understand it's not bodybuilding related, but I put it in the g&o because of traffic. If it needed to be moved, move it, don't delete it. Anyway, anyone know a site besides Craigslist to find property abroad, that isn't just for luxury properties. Looking for a cheap condo or property to buy. Thanks, and if it needs to be moved, move it, don't delete it.

Silly question, but have you just google "German real estate" or "Italian real estate". I tried the italian one and came up with this site that seems ok. You could also try Ebay.de or Ebay.it, if you're good with the language.

http://www.italyhousehunt.com/index.php?price-min=&price-max=100000&action=searchresults&pclass[]= .

As always, best to have an impartial party act as your go between when handling these things so you don't wind up with a wreck. So figure that into the cost.

I did the google route, and most of the sites were for luxury homes. And like you said, not being good with the language, other sites were useless. Never thought about eBay though, so thanks.

In my opinion, the most reasonable and stable storage of money is investing. Of course, this is a very broad and complex topic. But with modern technology and innovations, everything becomes much easier and more accessible. I am more interested in investing in real estate. Right now, I am considering such an option as investing in Property in Dubai . What do you think about it?
