The guys that do a lot of Zercher squats tend to love them. The one complain I've heard over the years, especially with big guys, is that it can dig in / pinch the lower belly or upper thighs.

I really want it for the front squats as i hate it on my hands, wrists. The Clean position & or crossed arms position i hate.

Tried this ? -

.

I've used it for years, way more comfortable than forcing a clean position or the bodybuilding style.

So many people posting videos on the internet showing all this exotic equipment and training methods yet they don’t even look like they work out. Better off with old fashioned barbell squats, 3 to 4 sets x 10-12 reps, high protein diet and 400 mg Deca/500 mg test.

Guys that take drugs to look good should never give out training advice.

Seriously; what has this nonsense done for this guy. I’ve seen long distance runners with more tissue.

I recently purchased a pair of these squat shoes and I'm kicking myself for not having done this years ago

With these shoes I can front and back squat without having to use a plate under my heels

I would now hate to squat without them.  I just bought a second pair just for the hell of it

Wrap your wrists in an Ace bandage and train wrists and forearms to keep them strong and flexible.

A helluva` lot cheaper and it works.

For what it's worth, the front squat with straps advice is old, and comes from the European Olympic teams of the 70's, Video was chosen simply because it had the best production quality.

I’ve used the original version of this squat harness. If I put any sort of weight on the bar, the harness felt like it was going to fall off

Those harnesses cost several hundred dollars usually.

Titan is only $75.

They have a lot of cool stuff.

I find it more comfortable to keep my entire hands on the bar and squeeze the bar when in a front squat, instead of letting the bar go on to the fingertips.

Just back squat high bar and maximising knee flexion (wedge to elevate heels/squat shoes with a heel ect) does the same job
